Founded by Carlie and backed by exceptional  coaches, the Forge team combines elite knowledge with real-world experience to help you perform, rehab, and recover - stronger than ever.

I’m Carlie, owner and head coach at Forge, with over a decade of strength training experience and 7 years competing in powerlifting.

After becoming a mum and feeling disconnected from my body, I found powerlifting — a turning point that reshaped my body, training and my career.

My interests in the gym cover powerlifting, stongman, bodybuilding and supporting people as they work to achieve their goals. My coaching is grounded in strength principles and biomechanics, with a focus on helping people build strength, confidence, and a lasting connection to their body.

As a strength coach, mum of 3 and a powerlifting competator I understand how challenging it can be to balance training with work, family and everything in between. 
My approach combines professional guidance with genuine support and accountability, so you can make real progress without sacrificing real life.

Jeremy runs our youth development program; for athletes aged 10-16 in any individual, field or court sport who want to build real athletic foundations and perform with confidence in a fun, supportive small-group environment.
